Very responsive with an accurate and reasonably priced estimate (only asked for payment once completed), his team came within a week notice and fitted soffits, fascias, guttering and dryverge, all looking spot on.Worth adding the day after installation a 90mph storm blew the corner most exposed dryverge cap, Felix's team came back the next working day (incredible considering there'd been a storm), and not only sorted that out and super secured them, but removed moss off my roof and sorted out a snapped waste pipe i'd long been trying to get round to.Pretty much everything you'd want from a roofing company (and more). 10/10

When Felix called to assess the work it was clear how thorough and conscientious he was. Advised me and we agreed a very reasonable price. Came and did the work one week early also. The work was carried out with minimum of fuss and tidied everything up after finishing. All in all I will strongly advise anybody who needs roofing work done and thoroughly recommend Felix and High Design roofing.
Great service at short notice after the recent storms left us with a leak due to loose lead flashings. Did a great job on a very high roof on a three storey house.
Félix came & assessed.I agreed to his quote.Very quickly afterwards he brought two lads to fix the area on the roof, repoint the chimney & clean the gutters. Both lads were very respectful and solid workers. Felix came a few times to check on the work.Everything seems good after the work 🤞
Would recommend this company. Felix responded to initial request, provided a quote and made sure the roof was repaired and pointing replaced before the forecast bad weather. Solid service and price done on sealing and servicing our drainage pipes all around the house, as well as replacing felt under the roof tiles. Very quick and great communication and transparency throughout. Highly recommended!

I received a knock on my door asking did I want my loose tile and ridge tiles looking at, as they were in the area. My initial thought was no: I didn’t want scamming. However, I was provided with a leaflet with all their details on and I had been thinking I would have to get my roof sorted. I was going out, no problem, they would deal with my roof, take photos and come back for the agreed price. When I got back home, job done. Brilliant, could not have asked for more, highly recommended, I am very pleased with their work

We called High Design as we had an emergency leaking flat roof and the property was due to be sold imminently. Felix came out and gave us a really great quote and advised that he would squeeze us in and get it repaired over the weekend. Felix and his employee Tom came out on a wet Saturday morning and started ripping the old roof off; they even advised that some additional work needed doing to the supports at an extra cost but this was still a very reasonable quote. All the work was completed on the Sunday to a very high standard. One vey happy, impressed and very grateful customer. We would definitely use/recommend Felix and his company to everyone. Felix and his team fixed our chimney as we had a leak coming through, from the start the service was excellent and helpful throughout, and the workmanship seemed thorough and professional!
Due to the recent storms, our chimney stack partially collapsed, causing significant damage to some roof tiles. I contacted our home insurers who were unable to send a surveyor out for 5 days! Understandable, I suppose in the present situation.Unfortunately, due to the damage to the roof tiles, we had rain water leaking through the roof into our bathroom, so we simply couldn't wait 5 days. I did a quick Google search on local roofing companies, and I'm so thankful that I found High Design Roofing. After reading some excellent reviews, I contacted them.Felix and the boys came out the very next morning; the storm was still blowing as well. One or two other companies I'd contacted simply wouldn't come out due to the weather. Top marks to Felix and the boys for coming out so quickly!I was amazed at how quickly & professionally Felix and the boys completed the work required. Felix took the time to talk me through each stage of the job, which I thoroughly appreciated.Felix even took various photos/videos of the damage up on the roof, just in case I needed to show my insurance company. Just a real TOP SERVICE!I can't recommend this company highly enough. After the storm damaged my roof and water was leaking into the house they came out within the hour, inspected the work and gave a quote, went and got materials and finished the job that day. Responsive, quality work and friendly. Will use again
